You have reached the online home of Harvard Medical School's Event Management System. From here, you can view a comprehensive list of HMS events, including classes, conferences, cultural activities, and more. You may also use this system to schedule class, group, or department events.

Updated Campus Use Rules

Users enter the system as a Guest by default. You can select
one of the two options under the Browse menu above to:

- Browse for Space

- See Today's Events

SCHEDULE AN EVENT
Faculty/Staff and Students affiliated with an approved Student
Group may log in to the Event Management System (EMS) using
their Harvard key credentials.

After logging in, select "create a reservation" from the menu above, and then you can choose the area you are interested in reserving.

Harvard institutions and affiliates are welcome to use the
Martin Conference Center. HMS classroom space is for HMS
academic and department use.
